Signs of TOXIC leadership and HOW to deal with it

Remember BEHAVIOURS doesnt speak the SOUL

There are various positive leadership styles and the 1 described is very mysterious to understand but we can unravel it by closely watching the MIND, BODY and SOUL

Now the SIGNS

1. Always smiling in groups but very angry in 1 to 1 discussions

How can a person smile all the time even when a atrocity is happening. Shouldnt the person stop it or even raise concern about it 🤔?

2. The sat... attributes are utilized well

We know envy, greed, jealousy, lust, money, power etc etc etc are the sat... attributes and they can anytime occupy our minds. The toxic leader will feed these to your minds 😀 

3. Divise Politics

A true leader is supposed to unite members and build strong teams. By feeding and focusing on sat... the person will make u speak ill of others and divide you.  Finally the person will beat u quoting the same

4. You will be ignored

Person will play ▶️ mind games and will ignore important suggestions given by you

Ignoring means no reply only for ur messages 🙂 

5. Your contributions will not be appreciated and rewards will be denied

You will be downgraded by your qualities, u will be called as lacking so and so intelligence but they also will lack that 😉 😜 😄 but being as superiors they have the liberty 🗽 to complain u straight but as a subordinate u will not be able to raise the same behavior from them

6. Favoritism 

People who say yes to everything will be favoured for promotions etc etc etc 😀😃🙂
